To provide the main functionality of the application, we collect the following information:
- Authentication Information: We use Google Sign-In. We store your email address and Display Name.
- Financial Data: Transaction data you create (amounts, dates, notes, categories, accounts, projects, and payees).
- Images and Receipts:
- Camera: Only if you grant permission, to capture receipts.
- Photo Library: Only if you grant permission, to select receipts.
- Pasted Text: We process text you manually paste into "Quick Add".
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and allow access.
- To store and sync your data in the cloud across devices.
- To analyze receipts via AI and automatically extract details.
- To display updated exchange rates.
We use your information exclusively to provide the App's functionality.
3. Third-Party Services
We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers. We share data only with essential providers:
Google Firebase
Authentication and secure data hosting.
Google Gemini / ML Kit
Receipt text processing for data extraction.
Exchange Rate API
Anonymous requests for exchange rates.
Apple Vision
Local image processing on your device.
4. Security and Retention
We use Firebase services with industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit and at rest). We will retain your information as long as you maintain an active account.
